Do you need a license for commercial cleaning?
No, you do not currently need a license for commercial cleaning, however we hold ourselves to incredibly high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Does someone need to be on-site for Club Clean to work?
No. We would just need access to your facilities at the time we are scheduled to clean.
What are your payment options?
We accept payment through ACH and all major credit cards.
Do I pay for an estimate?
No, all estimates are completely free.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
We can only give accurate estimates in-person. However our walkthroughs are free and take about 30-40 minutes for us to understand your cleaning needs and provide you with an accurate estimate.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope, all of our contracts are month-to-month.
Do you have business liability insurance?
Yes, we are also bonded.
Are your employees screened with background checks?
Yes, they are standard background checks from goodhire.com
Do you provide any cleaning supplies?
We can either provide the cleaning supplies or if you have specific supplies you would like us to use that is fine as well.
What types of properties do you specialize in?
We are commercial cleaners that specialize in health centers (big hospitals and health clubs).
How do I know the cleaning crew is spending the time I have contracted them for?
We use a tracking app called Swept that provides you with full transparency on our cleaning process.
Do you provide references?
Yes, references are available upon request.
Will you send the same team each time?
Yes, the same team will clean your place each time.
Do you provide any special services?
Yes, we provide a variety of cleaning surfaces such as window cleaning, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, construction cleaning and more. If you are interested in something in particular please reach out to us and we can let you know.
Do you use hospital-grade disinfectants?
Yes, Club Clean is fully trained on using EPA approved and CDC recommended sanitation protocols.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes!
Do you offer day cleaning services?
Yes!
What types of businesses do you specialize in?
While we can help clean a variety of businesses we specialize in Hospitals and Fitness Clubs.
What is cross contamination?
Cross contamination is when one surface infects another by means of touch or close proximity. Example: one workout machine is dirty, someone uses it, and transfers the germs to the next machine.
Do all commercial facilities need regular cleaning?
Yes, especially if you have a high volume of people coming and going from your businesses. Even more important now with all the health concerns around the country.
Are there scope or size limitations to your services?
No. One of the first things we talk about during our inspection is your needs as a business.
Do you offer one time cleaning services in addition to contract cleaning?
For larger jobs like construction, we do. Please contact us to learn more.
What happens if an issue or concern arises?
Our Swept app has a messaging function where you can get directly in contact with the person in charge of cleaning your facility.
What should I expect on my first appointment?
We will sit down with you to best understand your needs over a short discussion. Next we walk the facility to take pictures and after that, we put together a proposal within 24 hours and then move to onboarding.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive for the inspection?
All stakeholders need to be present during the first meeting.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive for daily cleaning?
Nothing special after we are regular. Sit back and relax.
Can I skip or reschedule a cleaning?
This is not recommended. When we first set up the inspection, we talk about your needs and the cleaning plan is structured around those.
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
